目的：观察利多卡因表面麻醉后导尿对全麻苏醒期男性患者发生躁动的影响。方法：将全身麻醉后60例手术导尿患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各30例。观察组在插入导尿管前先在尿道内注入2%利多卡因行表面麻醉5 min后进行导尿，对照组未给予任何药物，直接在全麻后导尿。结果：观察组苏醒期躁动发生率为16.7%，对照组为66.7%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：2%利多卡因注射液尿道内表面麻醉后可减少男性患者因导尿刺激导致的全麻苏醒期躁动。
목적：관찰리다잡인표면마취후도뇨대전마소성기남성환자발생조동적영향。방법：장전신마취후60례수술도뇨환자안조수궤수자표법분위관찰조화대조조，각30례。관찰조재삽입도뇨관전선재뇨도내주입2%리다잡인행표면마취5 min후진행도뇨，대조조미급여임하약물，직접재전마후도뇨。결과：관찰조소성기조동발생솔위16.7%，대조조위66.7%，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：2%리다잡인주사액뇨도내표면마취후가감소남성환자인도뇨자격도치적전마소성기조동。
Objective:To investigate the effects of 2%lidocaine topical anesthesia on the emergence agitation of indwelling catheter in male patients with general anesthesia. Method:Sixty male patients with general anesthesia were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group. The experimental group were taken 2%Lidocaine topical anesthesia 5 min after indwell the catheter,and the control group were normally indwelt catheters after induction anesthesia. Result:The effective rate of the control group was 16.7%while the experimental group was 66.7%after treatment,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:2%Lidocaine topical anesthesia can significantly improve the tolerance of indwelling catheter,and effectively reduce the incidence of emergence agitation caused by urinary pain in male patients after general anesthesia.
