我国城乡教育关系经历了从城乡二元教育到城乡教育一体化的演变过程,克服城乡二元结构的束缚,有利于缩小城乡教育差别,实现城乡教育一体化。破除城乡二元结构,实现城乡教育一体化必须打破城乡二元户籍管理制度,实行一体化的户籍管理制度;树立城乡一体化的教育理念和一体化的教育思维;统筹城乡教育资源,实行一体化的教育资源配置。

Urban and rural education relationships has gone from the dual education to integration of urban and rural edu-cation, to overcome the shackles of urban-rural dual structure, conducive to narrowing the urban-rural differences in educa-tion, integration of urban and rural education. Break the urban-rural dual structure, to achieve the integration of urban and ru-ral education must break the urban and rural household registration management system, the implementation of the integra-tion of the household registration system;foster the integration of urban and rural educational philosophy of education and integration of thinking;urban and rural educational resources, implementation of integrated educational resources.
