目的:通过对肺硬化性血管瘤(SHL)CT增强特点的分析,探讨肿瘤的CT强化基础及与微血管密度(MVD)的关系。方法经手术病理确诊的10例SHL患者,均行胸部CT平扫及增强检查,并得出增强前后的CT值,分析病灶的强化特征。采用免疫组织化学方法,用CD34抗体标记肿瘤组织,计算MVD。结果增强扫描病灶显著强化,平均CT强化值为(56±15)Hu,直径≥3 cm的5例病灶呈不均匀强化,直径<3 cm的1例病灶强化不均匀,4例病灶强化均匀;肿瘤的强化程度与MVD呈正相关(r=0.872,P<0.01)。结论病灶显著强化是SHL的特点,是由肿瘤内的MVD决定的。 CT增强扫描对SHL的诊断有较大的价值。

Objective To analyze enhanced CT feature of sclerosing hemangioma of the lung(SHL) and its cor-relation with the microvessel density (MVD). Methods Both plain and enhanced CT scanning were performed in 10 patients with pathologically-proved SHL. The CT values before and after enhancement were calculated, and the en-hancement characteristics were studied. Using immunohistochemical technique, the selected tumor tissues were la-beled with CD34 antibody, observing MVD under light microscope. Results The lesions significantly were enhanced with the enhanced value (56±15)Hu. Heterogeneous enhancement occurred in 5 cases with diameter≥3 cm, and 1 case with diameter<3 cm, while 4 cases with diameter<3 cm showed homogeneous enhancement. The enhanced degree was positively related to MVD of the lesion. Conclusion SHL shows natable enhancement on CT scans, the degree of enhancement is decided by MVD of the lesion. Enhancement CT scanning is very important for the qualitative diagno-sis of the disease.
