2009年2月至2013年10月共对368例骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折行经皮椎体后凸成形术（PKP），其中10例患者出现手术椎体再骨折。通过回顾总结该10例PKP术后再骨折情况，分析其发生原因。结果表明，手术椎体骨质疏松、椎体内裂隙、椎体骨坏死、骨水泥因素、脊柱生理学特点是导致PKP术后手术椎体再骨折的主要原因。

Percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) was performed on 368 patients with osteoporosis vertebral compression fractures in our hospital from February 2009 to October 2013, of which refracture occurred in ten cases. The causes were analyzed by retrospectively reviewing these 10 cases. Results showed that the main reasons for postoperative refracture could be contributed to surgical vertebral body osteoporosis, fracture in the vertebral body, osteonecrosis of the vertebral body, bone cement factor and spinal physiological characteristics.
