根据焦化厂脱硫废液的特点,采用活性炭和少量化学药剂对焦化脱硫废液进行脱色除杂,通过分步结晶法提取含硫代硫酸铵的混盐和纯硫氰酸铵,开发出焦化脱硫废液处理及副盐资源化利用技术,处理后的氨水全部回收,并可继续用于脱硫系统。脱硫废液经处理后,其中的副盐几乎被全部提取,含盐率大大降低,同时脱硫系统在工作过程中不需补水,解决了焦化企业脱硫废液的环境污染问题,实现节能减排,资源的回收利用,为企业带来较高的经济效益。

According to characteristics of the coking doctor solution waste liquor and using activated carbon and a small amount of coking chemical decolorization, the waste liquor was decoloured and edulcorated. Extracted sulf-ammonium thiosul-fate mixed salt and ammonium thiocyanate, the technology of treatment of coking doctor solution and secondary salt resource utilization was developed. Ammonia water after treatment was all recycled and used in doctor solution system. After treatment of doctor solution waste liquor, secondary salt was almost extracted, salinity rate was greatly reduced. Meanwhile, doctor so-lution system didn’t need supplementing water, which solved environmental pollution of doctor solution waste liquor, realized energy saving and emission reduction, recycled resource and brought higher economic benefit. and discussed industry values of intelligent integration of internet of things.
