以六亚甲基二异氰酸酯( HDI)、聚醚多元醇(PPG)及3,3’-二氯-4,4’-二氨基二苯基甲烷(MOCA)为主要原料,采用2步法制备一种无溶剂型双组分耐黄变PU胶粘剂。通过傅立叶红外(FT-IR)和差热扫描(DSC)对其结构及性能进行分析。讨论了PPG、MOCA含量及双组分配比对PU胶粘剂性能的影响。结果表明,采用低分子质量的PPG能显著地降低胶粘剂的黏度,胶粘剂的固化速率随MOCA(交联剂)含量的增加而显著提高;固化后的胶粘剂具有良好的耐化学药品性、耐低温性和耐黄变性。通过DSC曲线确定了固化后胶膜的Tg为46.1℃。

With hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI),polyether polyol (PPG) and 3,3’-dichloro-4,4’-diaminodiphenylmethane (MOCA) as main raw materials,a solvent-free two-component anti-yellowing polyurethane adhesive was synthesized by two-step method.The structure and performance of the polyurethane adhesive were characterized by FT-IR and DSC,and the influences of some factors (such as PPG,MOCA and weight ratio of A component to B component) on polyurethane adhesive properties were discussed.The results show that the PPG with low molecular weight can obviously decrease the viscosity of adhesive;the content of crosslinker is inversely proportional to the curing speed of adhesive.The chemical résistance,durable yellowing and low temperature resistance of the polyurethane adhesive that had cured are all great.The glass transition temperature (Tg) of cured adhesive film is 46.1℃.
