高粱黑粉菌黑色素属于真黑色素类，是吲哚类大分子聚合体，由吲哚和酪氨酸氧化而来的中间产物构成。在黑色素的生物合成步骤中，除了酪氨酸酶，还有多巴色素异构酶和DHICA氧化酶参与黑色素代谢，这3种酶的综合作用决定了真黑色素的生物合成。主要从高粱黑粉菌黑色素的结构、功能、作用机理和前景等方面进行阐述，为高粱黑粉菌黑色素开发提供理论依据。

Sphacelotheca reiliana melanin is indoles macromolecular polymer and it belongs to eumelanin. It consists of the intermediate-product from indole and tyrosine oxidation. In the process of melanin biosynthesis, in addition to tyrosinase, dopachrome isomerase and DHICA oxidase also involved in the metabolism of melanin. The comprehensive effect of these three enzymes determines the biosynthesis of eumelanin. This paper mainly expounds from the structure, function, mechanism and prospects of the sphacelotheca reiliana melanin and provide a theoretical basis for the sphacelotheca reiliana melanin development.
