目的：检测128例食管-胃交界腺癌标本中Snail 蛋白的表达，分析与不同临床病理特征的关系及其对转移以及预后的影响。方法：收集128例食管-胃交界腺癌标本并随访；免疫组化检测Snail 蛋白的表达情况并进行统计分析。结果：1.Snail的表达与食管-胃交界腺癌的分化程度、UICC分期密切相关，组织分化越低，临床分期级别越高，Snail蛋白的表达越强(P﹤0.05)。2. Snail 蛋白阴性表达组总生存率明显优于阳性表达组( P=0.004)。结论：Snail蛋白与食管-胃交界腺癌的转移有关；高表达者预后不良。
목적：검측128례식관-위교계선암표본중Snail 단백적표체，분석여불동림상병리특정적관계급기대전이이급예후적영향。방법：수집128례식관-위교계선암표본병수방；면역조화검측Snail 단백적표체정황병진행통계분석。결과：1.Snail적표체여식관-위교계선암적분화정도、UICC분기밀절상관，조직분화월저，림상분기급별월고，Snail단백적표체월강(P﹤0.05)。2. Snail 단백음성표체조총생존솔명현우우양성표체조( P=0.004)。결론：Snail단백여식관-위교계선암적전이유관；고표체자예후불량。
Objective:Col ecting 128 patients with Adenocarcinoma of the esophagogastric junction to detect the Snail protein expression,analyze the correlation between Snail expression and different clinic pathological characteristics and the effect of metastasis and prognosis, discussing the clinical significance.Methods:Col ecting clinical data and fol owing-up 128 samples.Adopting immunohistochemical method in detecting the condition of Snail protein;applying statistical analysis in analyzing the result.Results:1.Snail protein expression is closely related with pathological tissue differentiation, UICC clinical stage,the lower the differentiation or the higher the stage, the stronger the Snail protein expression (P﹤0.05).2.The overal survival rate of Snail protein in negative expression group is bet er than the positive (P=0.004). Conclusions:Snail protein is correlated to the metastasis of adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction.Patients with high Snail protein expression have unfavorable prognosis.
