建立了微波消解氢化物发生原子荧光法测定花生中总砷的分析方法.样品消解分步骤进行,通过对原子荧光仪工作条件的优化,得到了样品测定的最佳条件:负高压270 V、灯电流80 mA、载气600 mL/min、载液酸度5%(V/V)、原子化器温度200℃.线性范围为0.00~20.00μg/L,回归方程的相关系数为0.9995,方法的检出限为0.025μg/L,RSD为1.97%,回收率为98.26%~103.15%.

The authors established a method for determination of arsenic(As) in peanut. The peanuts were dissolved by microwave and arsenic was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The samples were dissolved step by step,and the atomic fluorescence spectrometry work’s conditions was optimized,optimal conditions for the negative high voltage 270 V,lamp current 80 mA,carrier gas 600 mL/min,acidic liquid containing 5%,atomic temperature of 200 ℃. The linear range was 0.00~20.00 μg/L,and the regression equation for the correlation coefficient 0.999 5. The results show detection limit is 0.25 μg/L and the RSD is 1.97%. The recovery rate of adding standard substance is 98.26%~103.15%.
