目的:探讨辐射刺激、心理应激加酒精刺激及抗原免疫刺激3种不同因素对胶原蛋白的代谢失调及组织器官的损坏。方法:辐射刺激采用γ射线照射,心理应激加酒精刺激采用小站台水环境应激加质量浓度42%白酒灌胃刺激,抗原免疫刺激采用II型胶原免疫。胶原蛋白采用苦味酸-天狼星红染色,偏振光显微镜下观察;Image-ProPlus图像分析系统胶原变化状况。结果:辐射损伤后胶原在血管周围的面积明显较非刺激组增多,辐射后4周较2周更严重;心理应激加质量浓度42%白酒灌胃后,心、肝、肾的血管周围均出现胶原沉聚面积加大,且向周围组织渗透;II型胶原免疫后关节腔胶原的沉聚面积较非刺激组更为严重,导致关节强直。结论:物理、化学、心理及生物因素都会不同程度影响胶原蛋白的代谢与失衡,这些胶原蛋白沉聚在血管周围导致硬化,反应的面积大小次序为心>肾>肺>肝。沉聚在关节周围导致关节强直或活动受限。

Objective:To investigate the damage of the three factors as radiation stimulation,psychological stress and alcohol stimulation,and antigen immune stimulation to collagen metabolism disorder,tissues and organs. Methods:Radiation stimulation was done by gamma irradiation,psychological stress and alcohol stimulation by the platform-over-water stress and 42%alcohol of mass concentration intragastric-administration stimulation,and antigen immune stimulation by type II collagen.The collagen was dyed with picric acid-sirius red and observed under the polarized light microscope.The Image-proplus was used to analyze the changes of collagen.Results:The area of collagen around the blood vessels increased more than the non-stimulated group after radiation injury,which was more serious after 2 weeks than after 4 weeks.After psychological stress and 42%alcohol of mass concentration intragastric-administration stimulation,the area of collagen deposition around the blood vessels of heart,liver and kidney increased and penetrated around.The area of collagen deposition in articular cavity was more serious than that of the non-stimulated collagen after type II collagen immune,which led to joint stiffness.Conclusion:Physical,chemical,psycholo gical and biological factors all had different effects on collagen metabolism and imbalance.These collagens depositing around the blood vessels could lead to hardening,the order of whose reaction sizes was heart>kidney>lung>liver.Its deposition around the joints led to joint stiffness or activity restriction.
