目的:观察低强度脉冲超声对兔髌骨-髌腱连接点愈合的影响。方法:60只成熟雌性新西兰大白兔按同一标准行髌骨部分切除术,术后按治疗方式随机分成对照组和治疗组。对照组术后给予安慰治疗,治疗组术后3d~6周给予低强度脉冲超声治疗。分别于术后6,12,18周时处死动物并获取髌骨-髌腱复合体标本,标本常规脱钙后做成切片行H&E染色与番红素染色用于组织学观察。利用SANO Microscope Partner显微图像测量软件进行组织学分析,比较两组纤维软骨层厚度与灰度值差异。结果:术后6,12和18周时,治疗组的纤维软骨层厚度明显大于对照(P<0.01),灰度值明显小于对照(P<0.01)。结论:低强度脉冲超声可以促进兔髌骨-髌腱连接点纤维软骨层的愈合。

목적:관찰저강도맥충초성대토빈골-빈건련접점유합적영향。방법:60지성숙자성신서란대백토안동일표준행빈골부분절제술,술후안치료방식수궤분성대조조화치료조。대조조술후급여안위치료,치료조술후3d~6주급여저강도맥충초성치료。분별우술후6,12,18주시처사동물병획취빈골-빈건복합체표본,표본상규탈개후주성절편행H&E염색여번홍소염색용우조직학관찰。이용SANO Microscope Partner현미도상측량연건진행조직학분석,비교량조섬유연골층후도여회도치차이。결과:술후6,12화18주시,치료조적섬유연골층후도명현대우대조(P<0.01),회도치명현소우대조(P<0.01)。결론:저강도맥충초성가이촉진토빈골-빈건련접점섬유연골층적유합。
Objective:To analyse the effect of low intensity pulsed ultrasound stimulation (LIPUS) on accelerating the ifbrocartilage layer repair of patella-patellar tendon junction. <br> Methods:A total of 60 mature female New Zealand white rabbits undergoing standard partial patellectomy were divided into 2 groups randomly. hTe control group was given comfort threatment and the treatment group was given LIPUS treatment starting from day 3 to the end of week 6 postoperatively. hTe scheduled time points of animal euthanization would be at week 6, week 12 and week 18 postoperatively. hTe patella-patellar tendon (PPT) complex would be harvested and cut into sections atfer decalciifcation for H&E staining, Safranine o/fast green staining. hTe thickness and gray value of ifbrocartilage layer were analyzed by SANO Microscope Partner image analyzer. <br> Results:At week 6, week 12 and week 18 postoperatively, the ifbrocartilage layer in the treatment group was significantly thicker than that in the control group (P<0.01), and the gray value of ifbrocartilage layer was signiifcantly smaller than that in the control group (P<0.01). <br> Conclusion:LIPUS helps to accelerate the fibrocartilage layer repair of patella-patellar tendon junction in rabbit models.
