目的：探讨肺结核患者居住情况与肺结核发病的关系，以便更好地控制结核病的流行。方法：以新发结核病患者及非呼吸系统疾病患者为病例组和对照组，以调查问卷的形式调查。利用EPIDATA软件录入，分析采用SPSS16．0软件进行。结果：调查肺结核患者304人，非肺结核患者309人，经过单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析，得出了等2个变量有统计学意义。结论：拥挤情况及潮湿情况等变量对结核病的发病起到重要作用，需要在上述人群采用有针对性的宣教活动，以提高结核病的发现率和规则治疗率，从而降低结核病在人群中的传播与流行。
목적：탐토폐결핵환자거주정황여폐결핵발병적관계，이편경호지공제결핵병적류행。방법：이신발결핵병환자급비호흡계통질병환자위병례조화대조조，이조사문권적형식조사。이용EPIDATA연건록입，분석채용SPSS16．0연건진행。결과：조사폐결핵환자304인，비폐결핵환자309인，경과단인소화다인소Logistic회귀분석，득출료등2개변량유통계학의의。결론：옹제정황급조습정황등변량대결핵병적발병기도중요작용，수요재상술인군채용유침대성적선교활동，이제고결핵병적발현솔화규칙치료솔，종이강저결핵병재인군중적전파여류행。
Objective:To explore the relationship between pulmonary tuberculosis patients and other people in housing conditions in order to better con-trol the TB epidemic.Methods: Take the new TB patients and non respiratory disease patients as case group and control group,in the form of survey question-naire.Using EPIDATA software,analysis using SPSS16.0 software.Results:The patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were 304 and patients with other diseases were 309 people,through the Logistic regression analysis of single factor and multiple factors,two variables were statistically significant.Conclusion:Congestion, and humid conditions had played an important role in the population,the missionary activity,in order to improve the case detection rate and rate of regular treat-ment,and reduce the spread and prevalence from tuberculosis in the crowd.
