With the continuous development and progress of the society, people's pursuit for spiritual and material enjoyment is higher and higher, including the catering space where higher re-quirements and standards are proposed.In addition to meeting peoples' basic dining need,the catering space should also bring people spiritual enjoyment.The Chinese culture is broad and pro-found with a long history, and is a gorgeous pearl in the human civilization. Therefore, in modern catering, how to combine tradi-tional Chinese culture with the fashionable modern culture and create a catering environment gently expressing the essence of Chinese traditional culture in a fashionable style, has become a topic for our research.
