以LabVIEW和Matlab为平台,研制了一套配电网开关机械卡涩试验装置,利用振动信号识别开关机械卡涩故障。核心算法为基于相似性原则和小波包分解的综合辨识比向量法。配网开关分、合闸试验数据分析结果与开关实际状态相吻合,表明该装置对于判断配电网开关是否机械卡涩故障具有良好的效果。

This paper designed a set of switch mechanical structure fault testing apparatus for distribution system in the environment of Lab-VIEW and Matlab. The testing apparatus used vibration signal to identify switch mechanical structure fault. The key algorithm was the integrated identiifcation-rate vector method based on wavelet packet decomposition with similarity principle. The simulative analysis result from ifeld dis-tribution switch on/off signals wave is coincided with the actual state, thus the apparatus can offer satisfying effect for judging distribution switch mechanical structure fault.
