针对液氨泵液力变矩器的机械磨损、老化和速度调节滞后的问题,提出利用中压变频调速装置取代原有的液力变距器调速方式,给出了变频调速系统配置及控制原理。实际运行结果表明:改造后的系统克服了传统装置的缺陷,保证了生产的连续性,提高了设备可靠性,且能够节省运行费用,经济效益可观。

Aiming at mechanical wearing, ageing and speed regulation delay problems of hydrodynamic torque converter in ammonia pump, this paper raised to use the medium voltage variable frequency speed regulation device to replace the existing hydrodynamic torque converter speed regulation method, giving the conifguration and control principle of variable frequency speed regulation system. Actual running result shows that the rebuilt system overcomes defects of traditional device, to have ensured continuity of production, to have improved equipment reliability, with operation cost saved and plentiful economic beneifts.
