目的：观察辨证针刺治疗功能性消化不良（ FD）患者的临床疗效。方法：将64例FD患者随机分为辨证针刺组32例和普通针刺组32例，分别于治疗前、治疗后测定患者的胃泌素、胃动素水平，并由受试者填写尼平消化不良指数（ NDI，包括症状指数NDSI和生活质量指数NDLQI），两组均每日针刺一次，每次30 min，以6天为一疗程，共治疗两个疗程，一个月后回访患者NDI水平。结果：治疗后两组患者的血浆胃泌素、胃动素水平均较前明显升高（ P＜0.05），NDSI较前下降（ P＜0.01），NDLQI较前升高（ P＜0.01）；治疗后一个月，NDSI与NDLQI与治疗前比较均具有显著差异（ P＜0.01）；辨证针刺组与普通针刺组比较，同期差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论：针刺辨证治疗与普通针刺治疗FD均为有效的治疗方法，但辨证针刺具有更好的近期及远期疗效。
목적：관찰변증침자치료공능성소화불량（ FD）환자적림상료효。방법：장64례FD환자수궤분위변증침자조32례화보통침자조32례，분별우치료전、치료후측정환자적위비소、위동소수평，병유수시자전사니평소화불량지수（ NDI，포괄증상지수NDSI화생활질량지수NDLQI），량조균매일침자일차，매차30 min，이6천위일료정，공치료량개료정，일개월후회방환자NDI수평。결과：치료후량조환자적혈장위비소、위동소수평균교전명현승고（ P＜0.05），NDSI교전하강（ P＜0.01），NDLQI교전승고（ P＜0.01）；치료후일개월，NDSI여NDLQI여치료전비교균구유현저차이（ P＜0.01）；변증침자조여보통침자조비교，동기차이구유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론：침자변증치료여보통침자치료FD균위유효적치료방법，단변증침자구유경호적근기급원기료효。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of acupuncture by syndrome differentiation on the pa-tients with functional dyspepsia ( FD) .Methods:64 patients with FD were randomly divided into two groups ,32 patients in Syndrome differentiation acupuncture group and other 32 patients in the ordinary acupuncture group . Immediately before and after the treatment , plasma gastrin and motilin level were to be determined and all pa-tients were requested to fill in Nepean Dyspepsia Index ( NDI, including Nepean Dyspepsia Symptom Index namely NDSI and Nepean Dyspepsia Life Quality Index namely NDLQI ) .Both of two groups were treated once a day,30 minutes each time,6 times as one treatment cycle, two treatment cycles in all,the level of NDI in pa-tients with follow-up one month after the treatment .Results:After treatment,plasma gastrin and motilin levels increased significantly in each group (P<0.05),and NDLQI was also increased too significantly .While NDSI was decreased significantly (P<0.05).One month after the treatment,NDSI and NDLQI compared with before treatment were significantly different ( P<0 .05 ) .Compared with the ordinary acupuncture group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The acupuncture on syndrome differentiation and ordinary acupuncture treatment were both effective to treat FD , but the former has a better short -term and long-term efficacy.
