Color doppler ultrasound%Stroke screening for prevention and control%Application value
目的:根据北京市疾病预防控制中心和北京市脑卒中防治办公室要求,应用彩色多普勒超声行颈动脉超声检查,从而早期发现脑卒中的高危人群,并进行干预,以减少脑卒中的发生。方法:对947例航空总医院驻地周边社区45岁以上居民行颈动脉二维及彩色多普勒超声检查,观察其声像图特点及血流动力学变化。对可疑病例每3个月电话随访一次,并嘱定期复查颈动脉彩超,观察治疗前后声像图变化情况。结果:彩色多普勒超声对颈动脉内膜增厚、颈动脉粥样硬化斑块、颈动脉狭窄闭塞、锁骨下动脉盗血综合症及先天血管变异可以做出准确诊断。结论:彩色多普勒超声可以准确观察正常及病变后颈动脉的形态及血流动力学情况,从而早期发现脑卒中的高危人群。通过随访复查,可评估治疗效果,且安全无创,准确可靠,值得在脑卒中筛查防控中广泛应用。
目的:根據北京市疾病預防控製中心和北京市腦卒中防治辦公室要求,應用綵色多普勒超聲行頸動脈超聲檢查,從而早期髮現腦卒中的高危人群,併進行榦預,以減少腦卒中的髮生。方法:對947例航空總醫院駐地週邊社區45歲以上居民行頸動脈二維及綵色多普勒超聲檢查,觀察其聲像圖特點及血流動力學變化。對可疑病例每3箇月電話隨訪一次,併囑定期複查頸動脈綵超,觀察治療前後聲像圖變化情況。結果:綵色多普勒超聲對頸動脈內膜增厚、頸動脈粥樣硬化斑塊、頸動脈狹窄閉塞、鎖骨下動脈盜血綜閤癥及先天血管變異可以做齣準確診斷。結論:綵色多普勒超聲可以準確觀察正常及病變後頸動脈的形態及血流動力學情況,從而早期髮現腦卒中的高危人群。通過隨訪複查,可評估治療效果,且安全無創,準確可靠,值得在腦卒中篩查防控中廣汎應用。
목적:근거북경시질병예방공제중심화북경시뇌졸중방치판공실요구,응용채색다보륵초성행경동맥초성검사,종이조기발현뇌졸중적고위인군,병진행간예,이감소뇌졸중적발생。방법:대947례항공총의원주지주변사구45세이상거민행경동맥이유급채색다보륵초성검사,관찰기성상도특점급혈류동역학변화。대가의병례매3개월전화수방일차,병촉정기복사경동맥채초,관찰치료전후성상도변화정황。결과:채색다보륵초성대경동맥내막증후、경동맥죽양경화반괴、경동맥협착폐새、쇄골하동맥도혈종합증급선천혈관변이가이주출준학진단。결론:채색다보륵초성가이준학관찰정상급병변후경동맥적형태급혈류동역학정황,종이조기발현뇌졸중적고위인군。통과수방복사,가평고치료효과,차안전무창,준학가고,치득재뇌졸중사사방공중엄범응용。
Objective:According to the requirements of Beijing Center for Disease Control and office of stroke prevention, the color doppler ultrasound was used to check the carotid for early detection and intervention of stroke in high-risk groups and reducing stroke occurred. Methods:Carotid 2-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound examination were applied for observing the sonographic features and hemodynamic changes in 947 cases of surrounding community residents over the age of 45. The patients who regularly reviewed were given a following telephone every three months and regular check. Results:The endometrial of carotid thickening, atherosclerotic plaques of carotid artery, carotid artery stenosis and occlusion, subclavian artery steal syndrome and congenital vascular variation can make accurate diagnosis by color doppler ultrasonography. Conclusion: Color doppler ultrasound can accurately observe the morphology and hemodynamics of normal and pathological carotid artery, thus early detect stroke in high-risk groups, and provide a reliable basis for later examination and treatment. It is safe and noninvasive and worthy extensive application in the prevention of stroke screening.
