当前，我国环保业装备的投入和技术水平已远落后于钢铁业的发展需求，钢铁产能过剩和环保产品无序恶性竞争，导致了不堪重负的大气环境持续出现雾霾，引起了社会的强烈关注。创新的厂房三次除尘综合治理技术可有效捕集PM2.5颗粒，杜绝厂房烟气外逸；新颖的袋式除尘设计和加工制造技术能使烟囱排放的细颗粒物浓度控制在10mg/Nm3以下，满足了国家新制定的《环境空气质量标准》。

At present time, the input of environmental protection equipment and technical level in our country lag behind the development demand of iron and steel industry. The steel production capacity surplus and evil competition of environmental protection products lead to the appearance of fog and haze in atmospheric environment and cause the strong concern from the society. The comprehensive treatment technology of dust removal for three times in the novel workshop could effectively col ect PM2.5 particulates and stop escape of lfue gas from the workshop;the novel bag precipitation design and the processing and manufacturing technology could control the minute particulates concentration emitted from the funnel under 10mg/Nm3, and meet the<Standard of Environmental Air Quality>set down by the State.
