凸度仪可在线测量钢板横断面厚度分布,实现凸度控制,在板带材热连轧生产线中得到广泛应用。本文介绍了凸度仪系统结构、基于PLC的分布式控制子系统的硬件结构和控制软件设计,以及设备中C形架内温湿度测量与获取方法,并研究了X光机串口通讯控制的时间响应特性。实验结果表明,控制子系统的设计满足凸度仪系统应用要求。
凸度儀可在線測量鋼闆橫斷麵厚度分佈,實現凸度控製,在闆帶材熱連軋生產線中得到廣汎應用。本文介紹瞭凸度儀繫統結構、基于PLC的分佈式控製子繫統的硬件結構和控製軟件設計,以及設備中C形架內溫濕度測量與穫取方法,併研究瞭X光機串口通訊控製的時間響應特性。實驗結果錶明,控製子繫統的設計滿足凸度儀繫統應用要求。

T he profile gauge can on-line get the cross section in the steel strip ,so it has been widely used in hot continuous rolling production-line . The structure of profile gauge and its distributed hardware structure based on PLC and software design of its control subsystem were introduced .The method of temperature and humidity measure-ment was analyzed .The time response of X-ray machine control based on RS232 com-munication was researched .It is proved that the control system meets the requirements of the profile gauge system .
