对于大倾角特厚煤层,正确合理地进行综放开采设备选型及参数确定,使选用的成套设备适合煤层赋存条件和矿井生产技术条件,获得良好使用效果至关重要。文章在充分掌握担水沟煤矿9号煤层地质条件的前提下,通过理论计算与分析确定了工作面主要设备参数:9101工作面液压支架架型为ZF10000/23/37,采煤机机型为 MG500/1180- WD,前刮板输送机机型为 SGZ1000/2×700,后刮板输送机机型为 SGZ1200/2×700,为工作面高产高效提供了基本保障。根据现场对工作面推进速度实测,工作面平均每天进尺达到4 m,正规循环率达到90%。

The article fully grasp the geological conditions of No. 9 Coal Seam in Danshuigou Coal Mine,it de-termined the parameters of main equipment on working face through theoretical calculation and analysis:the 9101 Workface hydraulic support type for ZF10000 / 23 / 37,the coal mining machine type for MG500 / 1180 - WD,the front scraper conveyor type for SGZ1000 / 2 × 700,the rear scraper conveyor type for SGZ1200 / 2 × 700,it provides a basic guarantee for the working face of high yield and high ef-ficiency. According to the working face advancing velocity measurement,the average daily footage of 4 m on the working face,the regular circulation rate comes to 90% .
