目的：观察清热活血方熏洗治疗血栓性外痔的临床疗效。方法：60例随机分为两组，治疗组30例用清热活血方熏洗，对照组30例用清水熏洗，两组熏洗后均局部外涂马应龙麝香痔疮膏，5天后观察两组的疼痛、水肿积分变化情况及疗效。结果：治疗组疼痛、水肿积分及疗效均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：清热活血方熏洗治疗血栓性外痔效果良好。
목적：관찰청열활혈방훈세치료혈전성외치적림상료효。방법：60례수궤분위량조，치료조30례용청열활혈방훈세，대조조30례용청수훈세，량조훈세후균국부외도마응룡사향치창고，5천후관찰량조적동통、수종적분변화정황급료효。결과：치료조동통、수종적분급료효균우우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：청열활혈방훈세치료혈전성외치효과량호。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of treating thrombotic external hemorrhoids by fumigation and washing with clearing away heat and promoting blood circulation formulate.Methods:60 cases of patients suffered from thrombotic external hemorrhoids were divided into the treatment group(n=30) and the control(n=30) randomly.The treatment group were treated by fumigation and washing with clearing away heat and promoting blood circulation formulate and then spreading with Mayinglong mush hemorrhoids ointment.The control group were treated by fumigation and washing with water and then spreading with Mayinglong mush hemorrhoids ointment.Both groups take 5 days as a period of treatment.Symptoms and signs such as pain and edema,and therapeutic effect were observed.Results:Improvement on symptoms and signs,and the therapeutic effect in the treatment group were better than in the control (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Fumigation and washing with clearing away heat and promoting blood circulation formulate is effectire.
