空气舵相对于舱体的零位偏差和晃动量,是影响飞行器装配质量的重要参数,国内总装厂一般采用经纬仪进行测试,测量准确度差,测量效率极低。本文基于图像处理技术,研制了一套影像法刻线测量装置,该装置操作简单,刻线测量不确定度小于0.04mm,测量效率相对于经纬仪法提高10倍以上,大大简化了空气舵刻线测量工艺。

Zero deviation and shaking amount of aerodynamic rudder, is an important parameter which directly affects the quality of the missle. Currently, most factories use theodolite testing and it’s low accuracy and low efficiency. Based on image processing technology, developed a set of measuring device. It is simple to operate, and the measurement uncertainty is less than 0.04mm. Relative to the theodolite, the measuring efficiency is improved by more than 10 times. It greatly simplifies the process of measuring.
