目的：观察虫类药治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的有效性和安全性。方法：63例随机分为治疗组32例和对照组31例。对照组采用常规对症治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加虫类药，治疗8周后观察两组中医症候、24h 尿蛋白定量。结果：两组综合疗效治疗组有效27例（84.37%），对照组有效20例（65.52%），两组有效率比较有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；两组中医证候疗效治疗组有效25例（78.13%），对照组有效18例（58.65%），两组比较有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；两组蛋白尿疗效：治疗组显效19例（59.38%），有效10例（31.25%），对照组显效7例（22.58%），有效20例（64.52%），两组显效率比较有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：虫类药对慢性肾小球肾炎有较好的治疗作用，可以改善临床症状，减少尿蛋白。
目的：觀察蟲類藥治療慢性腎小毬腎炎的有效性和安全性。方法：63例隨機分為治療組32例和對照組31例。對照組採用常規對癥治療，治療組在對照組治療基礎上加蟲類藥，治療8週後觀察兩組中醫癥候、24h 尿蛋白定量。結果：兩組綜閤療效治療組有效27例（84.37%），對照組有效20例（65.52%），兩組有效率比較有統計學意義（P ＜0.05）；兩組中醫證候療效治療組有效25例（78.13%），對照組有效18例（58.65%），兩組比較有統計學意義（P ＜0.05）；兩組蛋白尿療效：治療組顯效19例（59.38%），有效10例（31.25%），對照組顯效7例（22.58%），有效20例（64.52%），兩組顯效率比較有統計學意義（P ＜0.05）。結論：蟲類藥對慢性腎小毬腎炎有較好的治療作用，可以改善臨床癥狀，減少尿蛋白。
목적：관찰충류약치료만성신소구신염적유효성화안전성。방법：63례수궤분위치료조32례화대조조31례。대조조채용상규대증치료，치료조재대조조치료기출상가충류약，치료8주후관찰량조중의증후、24h 뇨단백정량。결과：량조종합료효치료조유효27례（84.37%），대조조유효20례（65.52%），량조유효솔비교유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）；량조중의증후료효치료조유효25례（78.13%），대조조유효18례（58.65%），량조비교유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）；량조단백뇨료효：치료조현효19례（59.38%），유효10례（31.25%），대조조현효7례（22.58%），유효20례（64.52%），량조현효솔비교유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。결론：충류약대만성신소구신염유교호적치료작용，가이개선림상증상，감소뇨단백。
Objective:This paper aims to evaluation insect drugs for the treatment of chronic efficacy and safety of the glomerulonephritis.Methods:The choice diagnosis explicit chronic renal glomerulus nephritis albuminuria patient 63,divide into the treatment group 32 examples and the control group 31 examples stochastically.The control group uses the conventional just right for the illness treatment,the treatment group, in the control group treats in the foundation to add the insect class medicine,treats eight weeks later observes two group of case's Chinese medicine symptoms,the urine protein convention,24 hour urine protein quota and the security.Result:There was statistic difference in total effective rate in the 2 groups (trial group 84.38% and controlled group 65.52%)(P < 0.05).There was statistic difference inTCM symptoms in the 2 groups (trial group 78.13% and controlled group 58.65%)(P<0.05).The effectiveness rate,the marked improvement rate and the no-effctiveness rate were 31.25%,59.38% and 9.38% pespectively in urinary protein in the trial group. Meanwhile in the controlled group they were 64.52%,22.58% and 12.90% (P<0.05).Conclution:using insect herb to treat chronic glomerulonephritis was one of the effective methods because it could make clinical symptoms improved and decrease protein in the urine.
