目的：统计分析2012年185例药品不良反应（ADR）情况，探讨其发生特点及处理措施。方法对2012年收集上报的185例药品不良反应报告分别从患者基本信息、涉及药品种类、药品剂型、给药途径、累及器官及系统等方面进行回顾性统计分析。结果在185例ADR报告中，男性患者发生率较高（103例，占55.68%，以45岁以上中老年患者为主，占75.67%；ADR以已知类型及一般程度情况居多，治疗结果绝大多数为治愈或好转；给药途径以静脉用药为主；涉及的药物种类主要有抗感染药物、抗肿瘤及辅助用药和中成药；ADR临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害最为常见；新的ADR错报情况较多，严重ADR类型临床数量差异大。结论应进一步重视ADR监测工作，规范临床用药操作，加强对患者的用药过程观察，减少ADR的发生，保证患者用药安全、合理。
목적：통계분석2012년185례약품불량반응（ADR）정황，탐토기발생특점급처리조시。방법대2012년수집상보적185례약품불량반응보고분별종환자기본신식、섭급약품충류、약품제형、급약도경、루급기관급계통등방면진행회고성통계분석。결과재185례ADR보고중，남성환자발생솔교고（103례，점55.68%，이45세이상중노년환자위주，점75.67%；ADR이이지류형급일반정도정황거다，치료결과절대다수위치유혹호전；급약도경이정맥용약위주；섭급적약물충류주요유항감염약물、항종류급보조용약화중성약；ADR림상표현이피부급기부건손해최위상견；신적ADR착보정황교다，엄중ADR류형림상수량차이대。결론응진일보중시ADR감측공작，규범림상용약조작，가강대환자적용약과정관찰，감소ADR적발생，보증환자용약안전、합리。
Objective Investigate and analyze the general information of 185 adverse drug reaction cases in 2012, then find its characteristics and measure to deal with. Methods There were 185 ADR cases collected in 2012, which were retrospectively analyzed in respect of patient’s basic information, categories of drug, dosageform of drug , way of drug use, organs and systems involved in ADR and so on. Results In the 185 cases, the incidence rate in male (103 cases, 55.68%)was higher than that in female. The elder people(above 45 years old)were higher(75.67%). Most ADRs were cured or got better, intravenous drip was the main way. Anti-infectious drugs, anti-neoplastic drugs and chinese patent drugs were the main drug categories. Lesions of skin and its appendants were the main clinical manifestations. New ADR have many misdate and serious ADR have more difference in species. Conclusion More intention should be attached to the monitoring of ADRs. Practising the drug use in order. Observation of patients during drug use should strengthen to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADRs.
