利用狭缝扫描获得超声波束横截面上强度积分分布曲线,利用此积分曲线对应的微分曲线的半峰全宽计算得到超声波扩散角。此方法克服了小孔测量扩散角方法中信号微弱的弊端,提高了超声波扩散角测量精度。
利用狹縫掃描穫得超聲波束橫截麵上彊度積分分佈麯線,利用此積分麯線對應的微分麯線的半峰全寬計算得到超聲波擴散角。此方法剋服瞭小孔測量擴散角方法中信號微弱的弊耑,提高瞭超聲波擴散角測量精度。
이용협봉소묘획득초성파속횡절면상강도적분분포곡선,이용차적분곡선대응적미분곡선적반봉전관계산득도초성파확산각。차방법극복료소공측량확산각방법중신호미약적폐단,제고료초성파확산각측량정도。
In order to measure accurately the angle of divergence of ultrasonic beam ,a slit scan approach was proposed to obtain the integral distribution curve of the ultrasonic intensity .The angle of divergence of the ultrasonic beam could be obtained using the full width at half maximum of the dif-ferential curve of the integral distribution .This method resolved the problem caused by the weak in-tensity of the reflected ultrasonic beam in the pinhole reflection method ,increased the accuracy of the detection .
