在原GM S1型迈克耳孙干涉仪基础上设计了数字式激光干涉仪,结构由抗震动隔离调节器和激光干涉条纹计数器组成,可达到在明亮室内进行实验测试,可排除机械振动干扰、环境杂散光的干扰、空气流动干扰、光源的波动及多次反射产生的干扰和电干扰,自动而准确地记录干涉环数目。该装置具有抗干扰性、实用性以及通用性强等特点。

A digital laser interferometer was designed on the basis of original GMS 1 Michaelson interferometer .T he structure consisted of vibration isolating regulator and laser interference fringe counter .It could work in bright situations ,could eliminate interferences of mechanical vibration ,en-vironment stray light ,air flow ,the fluctuation of the light source ,multiple reflection and electricity . It could also record interference ring number automatically and accurately .The device had the advan-tages of anti-interference ,practicality and versatility .
