为查明营养盐对不同赤潮藻不同生长阶段的影响,通过测定不同营养条件下培养的7种赤潮藻δ13 C和δ15 N值,比较不同生长阶段、不同藻种之间稳定同位素组成的差别。结果显示,7种赤潮藻δ13 C和δ15 N值存在一定的差异,海洋原甲藻具有较高的δ13 C值;海洋球石藻δ13 C值相对较小;新月菱形藻、威氏海链藻和塔玛亚历山大藻具有相似的δ13 C值。强壮前沟藻、海洋原甲藻和塔玛亚历山大藻δ15 N值要高于其他赤潮藻,威氏海链藻、海洋球石藻、中肋骨条藻和新月菱形藻具有相似的δ15 N值。塔玛亚历山大藻在NP、3N、1/3P和3P组别指数期δ13 C值要低于稳定期,其他6种赤潮藻指数期δ13 C值要高于稳定期。几种赤潮藻δ13 C值与NO3-和PO3-4浓度普遍呈显著正相关;δ15 N值与NO3-浓度普遍呈显著负相关,与PO3-4浓度普遍呈显著正相关。
為查明營養鹽對不同赤潮藻不同生長階段的影響,通過測定不同營養條件下培養的7種赤潮藻δ13 C和δ15 N值,比較不同生長階段、不同藻種之間穩定同位素組成的差彆。結果顯示,7種赤潮藻δ13 C和δ15 N值存在一定的差異,海洋原甲藻具有較高的δ13 C值;海洋毬石藻δ13 C值相對較小;新月蔆形藻、威氏海鏈藻和塔瑪亞歷山大藻具有相似的δ13 C值。彊壯前溝藻、海洋原甲藻和塔瑪亞歷山大藻δ15 N值要高于其他赤潮藻,威氏海鏈藻、海洋毬石藻、中肋骨條藻和新月蔆形藻具有相似的δ15 N值。塔瑪亞歷山大藻在NP、3N、1/3P和3P組彆指數期δ13 C值要低于穩定期,其他6種赤潮藻指數期δ13 C值要高于穩定期。幾種赤潮藻δ13 C值與NO3-和PO3-4濃度普遍呈顯著正相關;δ15 N值與NO3-濃度普遍呈顯著負相關,與PO3-4濃度普遍呈顯著正相關。

In this study , seven alga species , such as Thalassiosira weiss f logii , Emiliania huxleyi , Nitzschia closterium , Skeletonema costatum , Amphidinium carterae , Prorocentrum micans , and Alexandrium tamarense ,were used to evaluate the effects of different nutrients on their growth .Theδ13C andδ15 N values of these alga species were determined at different growth stag .The results showed that there were significant differences in the δ13 C andδ15 N values of different alga species ,and P .micans had the highest values whereas E .huxleyi showed the lowest values .No significant differences in the δ13 C valueswere found in the N.closterium,T.weissflogii and A .tamarense,while N.closterium,E. huxleyi ,S . costatum and N . closterium showed the non - significant differences in the δ15 N values . Except for the relatively lower values of δ13 C in the exponential phase of A .tamarense in the NP ,3N ,1/3P ,and 3P groups ,other alga species had the higher δ13 C values in the exponential phase than that in stationary phase .Pearson’s correlation analysis revealed that the δ13 C values of seven alga species were significantly positive correlation with the concentrations of NO 3- and PO3 -4 ,while the δ15 N values of alga species were significantly negative correlation with NO 3- and positive with PO3 -4 .
