研究了一浴法染色用CN型活性染料的主要应用性能,结果表明:在90~130℃,CN活性染料有较高的得色量,随着染色温度的提高,染色时间可以缩短;pH在7.0~8.0得色较好,在浴比为1︰6.5~1︰10时,对染色深度影响不大;元明粉用量对CN活性染料的上染率影响较大,一浴染色时需要选用耐盐性好的分散染料, CN活性染料有较好的染深性。

Main application performance of CN type reactive dyes used in one bath dyeing was studied. The results showed , higher color yield was obtained 90~130℃. Dyeing time decreased with the increasing dyeing temperature. Better color yield was able to be achieved at pH 7.0~8.0. At the bath ratio of 1︰6.5~1︰10, dyeing depth was slightly affected. The influence of dosage of sodium sulfate on dye-uptake was obvious. Disperse dyes with good salt tolerances were needed in one bath dyeing. Better deep dyeing property was obtained by CN type reactive dyes.
