In this paper,several main preparation methods of hydrogels were reviewed.The recent research achievements of the hydrogels sensitive to temperature,pH value,light,electric,magnetic and biological molecules were introduced.The applications of hydrogels in drug controllable release,enzymes immobilization,biological scaffold materials,smart textiles,etc. were also summarized.
