本试验旨在研究添加不同剂量植物甾醇对泌乳前期荷斯坦奶牛生产性能及血浆生化指标的影响。选用泌乳期相近的健康荷斯坦奶牛24头,随机分成4组,每组6头,Ⅰ组为空白对照组,饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别在基础日粮中添加200、400和800 mg/d植物甾醇,研究不同添加量的植物甾醇对奶牛生产性能及血液生化指标的影响。结果表明:①各试验组血浆生化指标Ⅱ组变化最为明显。较Ⅰ组而言,Ⅱ组血浆雌激素、孕酮、催乳素、卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、干扰素、白细胞介素2、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇均显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛含量显著下降(P<0.05)。②较Ⅰ组而言,Ⅲ组血浆白细胞介素2、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇均显著提高(P<0.05)。③与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅳ组血浆甘油三酯含量明显下降(P<0.05),总超氧化物歧化酶显著提高(P<0.05)。添加植物甾醇可提高奶牛的泌乳量,改善奶牛内源激素不平衡的状况,并促进奶牛发情,改善奶牛脂类代谢情况,改善奶牛体质,其中200 mg/d植物甾醇添加量为最适添加量。

본시험지재연구첨가불동제량식물치순대비유전기하사탄내우생산성능급혈장생화지표적영향。선용비유기상근적건강하사탄내우24두,수궤분성4조,매조6두,Ⅰ조위공백대조조,사위기출일량,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ조분별재기출일량중첨가200、400화800 mg/d식물치순,연구불동첨가량적식물치순대내우생산성능급혈액생화지표적영향。결과표명:①각시험조혈장생화지표Ⅱ조변화최위명현。교Ⅰ조이언,Ⅱ조혈장자격소、잉동、최유소、란포자격소、황체생성소、간우소、백세포개소2、고밀도지단백담고순균현저제고(P<0.05),병이철함량현저하강(P<0.05)。②교Ⅰ조이언,Ⅲ조혈장백세포개소2、고밀도지단백담고순균현저제고(P<0.05)。③여Ⅰ조상비,Ⅳ조혈장감유삼지함량명현하강(P<0.05),총초양화물기화매현저제고(P<0.05)。첨가식물치순가제고내우적비유량,개선내우내원격소불평형적상황,병촉진내우발정,개선내우지류대사정황,개선내우체질,기중200 mg/d식물치순첨가량위최괄첨가량。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different dose of phytosterol on early lactation Holstein dairy cows production performance and plasma biochemical index. The 24 Holstein cows were divided into 4 groups randomly, 6 each, with similar lactation and health condition. group I was the control group fed with basal diet, II, III, IV group were added with 200, 400 and 800 mg/d of phytosterols into the basal diet, the effect of different amount of phytosterols on production performance and blood biochemical indexes on dairy cows were then performed. The re-sults showed that: ① The plasma biochemical indexes of group II changed most obvi-ously. Compared with group I, the plasma estrogen, progesterone, prolactin, follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, interferon, interleukin 2 and high densi-ty lipoprotein cholesterol of group II were significantly increased (P<0.05) and malondialdehyde content also decreased significantly (P<0.05). Compared with group I, the plasma interleukin 2 and high density lipoprotein cholesterol of group Ⅲwere significantly increased (P<0.05). Compared with group I, the plasma triglycer-ide of group IV decreased significantly(P<0.05)and total superoxide dismutase in-creased significantly (P<0.05). The addition of phytosterols can improve milk yield of dairy cows, keep endogenous hormone imbalanced, and promote oestrus of dairy cat-tle, improve lipid metabolism of dairy cows, improve the physique, where 200 mg/d phytosterol addition amount is the most suitable amount.
