在拉毛布匹过程中,布匹随着拉毛滚筒转动在绲道上运行。布匹在绲道上行走时经常走偏,需靠操作工人拉正。这不仅影响产品的质量控制,同时也提高了生产成本。为解决此生产难题,本文设计了布匹运行稳定红外线控制器,它实现了对布匹运行实时监控,当布匹偏离绲道时,通过红外线自动控制功能对布匹自动找正,这不仅减轻了操作工人的劳动强度,也提高了生产效率。
在拉毛佈匹過程中,佈匹隨著拉毛滾筒轉動在緄道上運行。佈匹在緄道上行走時經常走偏,需靠操作工人拉正。這不僅影響產品的質量控製,同時也提高瞭生產成本。為解決此生產難題,本文設計瞭佈匹運行穩定紅外線控製器,它實現瞭對佈匹運行實時鑑控,噹佈匹偏離緄道時,通過紅外線自動控製功能對佈匹自動找正,這不僅減輕瞭操作工人的勞動彊度,也提高瞭生產效率。

In process of fabricating naps, cloth walks with the rotating of drum at napping machine. Deviation of the walking pace occurs occasionally, and a manual intervention is inevitable in most of times. These would influence on the quality and cost of product. In order to solve this problem, a stable infrared controller is designed in this paper. It can monitor the cloth run in real time by using of automatic alignment, which reduces the labor intensity and improves production efficiency.
