H37Rv全基因组测序的完成,使得结核分枝杆菌遗传背景不清的状况得到改善。随后,结核分支杆菌等大量模式生物基因组完成测序,产生了丰富的生物信息资源,而随之发展起来的BLAST、FASTA和CLUSTAL W等生物信息技术为比较基因组学研究提供强有力的支撑。通过结核比较基因组学研究为结核分支杆菌的进化和分类,找寻结核毒力因子,及筛选抗结核药物靶标提供良好的契机。

The whole genome sequencing of H37Rv has been completed, so that the unclear genetic background of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis has been improved. Subsequently, a wealth of biological information resources generated,because of a large number of model organisms genome of Mycobacterium tuberculosis sequencing completed, as BLAST, FASTA and CLUSTAL W et.al. developed , Bio IT provides a strong support for comparative genomics research. Mycobacterium tuberculosis comparative genomics research provide a good chance to find the Evolution and classification of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, tuberculosis virulence factors, and anti-TB drug targets.
