采用正交法优化封闭溶样前处理条件,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定地球化学样品中的痕量金。实验结果表明,前处理最优组合为王水用量30 mL,溶解时间60 min,吸附时间40 min,解脱时间40 min。该方法的检出限为0.16 ng/g。经国家一级标准物质验证,该方法精密度、准确度均适用于地球化学样品中痕量金的测定。

In this paper ,orthogonal design was used for optimizing pretreatment conditions of sealed dissolution . Meanwhile ,trace gold in geochemical samples were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry ( GFAAS) .And the optimized addition of aqua regia , dissolution time , adsorption and desorption time were 30 mL, 60 min,40 min,40 min,respectively.Detection limit of the method was 0.16 ng/g.The precision and accuracy of method have been applicable to the determination of trace gold in geochemical samples by according to the consistent determination in national standard samples .
