以夏黑葡萄为试材,在盛花期分别以30、40、50 mg/L GA3浸蘸花穗,花后两周以30、40、50 mg/L GA3外加1、3、5 mg/L TDZ浸蘸果穗,以二次处理时50 mg/L GA3+5 mg/L CPPU为对照,研究不同激素组合处理对夏黑葡萄果实生长及果实品质的影响。结果表明:盛花期50 mg/L GA3,花后两周50 mg/L GA3+3 mg/L TDZ处理的效果最好,既增加了果实重量和可溶性固形物含量,也降低了果实可滴定酸含量,同时显著促进了果皮花青苷含量的提高,果皮的着色指标L、a、b和h值均较对照差异显著;盛花期30 mg/L GA3,花后两周30 mg/L GA3+1 mg/L TDZ处理除了单果重略低于对照,在品质方面均显著优于对照;TDZ的作用效果要优于CPPU。

이하흑포도위시재,재성화기분별이30、40、50 mg/L GA3침잠화수,화후량주이30、40、50 mg/L GA3외가1、3、5 mg/L TDZ침잠과수,이이차처리시50 mg/L GA3+5 mg/L CPPU위대조,연구불동격소조합처리대하흑포도과실생장급과실품질적영향。결과표명:성화기50 mg/L GA3,화후량주50 mg/L GA3+3 mg/L TDZ처리적효과최호,기증가료과실중량화가용성고형물함량,야강저료과실가적정산함량,동시현저촉진료과피화청감함량적제고,과피적착색지표L、a、b화h치균교대조차이현저;성화기30 mg/L GA3,화후량주30 mg/L GA3+1 mg/L TDZ처리제료단과중략저우대조,재품질방면균현저우우대조;TDZ적작용효과요우우CPPU。
The flower spikes of summer black grapes at full -bloom stage were respectively dipped into 30, 40, 50 mg/L GA3 , and their fruit spikes were dipped into the combined solutions of 30, 40, 50 mg/L GA3 plus 1, 3, 5 mg/L TDZ two weeks after flowering.The application of 50 mg/L GA3(the first-step treatment) plus 50 mg/L GA3 +5 mg/L CPPU (the second-step treat-ment) was taken as the control , and the effects of different hormone combination treatments on the fruit growth and quality of sum -mer black grapes were studied .The results revealed that the application of 50 mg/L GA3 at full-bloom stage plus 50 mg/L GA3 +3 mg/L TDZ two weeks after flowering had the best effect , it not only increased fruit weight and soluble solids content , reduced the titratable acid content in the fruit , but also significantly promoted the improvement of the anthocyanin content in the pericarp , and its pericarp color indicators L , a, b and h values were significantly different from those in the control .In addition , the treatment with 30 mg/L GA3 at full-bloom stage plus 30 mg/L GA3 +1 mg/L TDZ two weeks after flowering obtained significantly better fruit quality ( except slightly lower single -fruit weight ) than the control;the effect of TDZ was better than CPPU .
