当前，四川省开放经济合作已进入新的历史时期，加快“走出去”步伐，积极探寻扩大开放的新路径和新成效，对于提升全省国际化水平和企业竞争力尤为重要。东盟新四国（越南、缅甸、柬埔寨和老挝以下简称“四国”），无论是其地理区位、资源禀赋还是经济发展阶段性，都对四川产业发展具有重要的战略意义。基于分析四川省深化与东盟四国经贸合作的优势条件、合作现状以及优势重点领域，提出加强政府间合作；充分发挥行业商协会的作用；构建双向务实合作平台；强化政策支持和政府服务；密切旅游文化交流合作；积极推动企业“走出去”，开展互利合作等对策建议。

당전，사천성개방경제합작이진입신적역사시기，가쾌“주출거”보벌，적겁탐심확대개방적신로경화신성효，대우제승전성국제화수평화기업경쟁력우위중요。동맹신사국（월남、면전、간포채화로과이하간칭“사국”），무론시기지리구위、자원품부환시경제발전계단성，도대사천산업발전구유중요적전략의의。기우분석사천성심화여동맹사국경무합작적우세조건、합작현상이급우세중점영역，제출가강정부간합작；충분발휘행업상협회적작용；구건쌍향무실합작평태；강화정책지지화정부복무；밀절여유문화교류합작；적겁추동기업“주출거”，개전호리합작등대책건의。
Currently, Sichuan’s opening economic cooperation has entered a new historical period .It’s particularly important for enhancing the competitiveness and the level of internationalization with speeding up the “going out” pace and exploring some new paths.All the factors, such as good geographical location , natural resources and economic development stage of the four countries of ASEAN(Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos) have strategic significance to the industrial development of Sichuan.Based on the analysis of deepening economic and trade cooperation with those four countries , we propose to some sug-gestions as followed ,strengthen inter-governmental cooperation , give full play to the role of industrial associations , build two-way platform for practical cooperation , reinforce policy support and government service , promote enterprises “going out” to develop mutually beneficial cooperation and so on .
