介绍某水电厂6号机并入小网运行时,因电压波动使调速器油压装置油泵故障不能自启动,导致调速器事故低油压水机主保护和后备保护动作,引起机组紧急停机,进水口闸门紧急关闭。对事件发生前后的相关数据进行了分析,对电站暴露出的问题提出了具体的解决措施。

An accident of emergency shutdown of a power generating unit and disclosure of the inlet gate is described . When the generator is synchronized to the small power grid , the oil pressure pump in the speed control system cannot be launched because of the voltage fluctuation , which leads the main and backup protection actions of the unit by tripping lower oil pressure .Relevant data before and after the accident is analyzed and detailed measures are proposed to solve the problem .
