改革开放30余年，我国服装产业已经发展成为具有明显国际竞争优势的产业。在这一发展过程中，服装产业集群也经历了从最初的“自发式发展”、“政府有意识的引导”到“有组织的提升”等3个阶段，在质量和效益方面均取得了明显进步，调整升级迈出了实质步伐。本文着重介绍了产业集群在我国服装行业发展历程中的地位和作用，并从行业发展角度阐述了其发展趋势。

개혁개방30여년，아국복장산업이경발전성위구유명현국제경쟁우세적산업。재저일발전과정중，복장산업집군야경력료종최초적“자발식발전”、“정부유의식적인도”도“유조직적제승”등3개계단，재질량화효익방면균취득료명현진보，조정승급매출료실질보벌。본문착중개소료산업집군재아국복장행업발전역정중적지위화작용，병종행업발전각도천술료기발전추세。
Since China adopted the policy of reform and opening to the outside world more than three decades ago, China’s garment industry has developed into an industry with strong competitive advantage on the world market. In this process of development, garment industrial clusters have experienced three stages from“spontaneous development”and“under the conscious guidance of government”to“organized upgrading”. They have made significant progress in terms of both quality and benefits and taken a substantial step forward on restructuring and upgrading. This paper mainly introduced the position and role of industrial clusters in the development process of Chinese garment industry and forecast their developing trend from the perspective of industry development.
