目的：探讨增强自我效能对手术患者焦虑的影响。方法将2011年1月～2012年12月200例手术患者随机分为对照组和干预组，其中干预组为100例，对照组为100例，对照组采用常规护理措施；干预组采用增强自我效能的护理干预方法。比较2组患者干预前后自我效能、焦虑差异。结果干预组自我效能水平和焦虑心理较干预前和对照组均有所改善，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论增强手术患者的自我效能干预，可提高患者解决问题的能力、完成目标和应付事情的自信心，有效缓解手术患者的焦虑心理。
목적：탐토증강자아효능대수술환자초필적영향。방법장2011년1월～2012년12월200례수술환자수궤분위대조조화간예조，기중간예조위100례，대조조위100례，대조조채용상규호리조시；간예조채용증강자아효능적호리간예방법。비교2조환자간예전후자아효능、초필차이。결과간예조자아효능수평화초필심리교간예전화대조조균유소개선，차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론증강수술환자적자아효능간예，가제고환자해결문제적능력、완성목표화응부사정적자신심，유효완해수술환자적초필심리。
Objective To discuss the influence of self-efficacy intervention on psychological anxiety of operation patients.Methods 200 operation patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, the control group accepted routine nursing inter-vention,while the intervention accepted self-efficacy intervention. Observation the self-efficacy and anxiety of patients before and after intervention.Results The level of self-efficacy and anxiety of the intervention group were more improved after intervention and than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Increasing the self-efficacy of operation patients may improve their ability to solve the problem, and the confidence to achieve targets and cope with work. Self-efficacy intervention can ef-fectively improve psychological anxiety of operation patients.
