选择温度低于100℃的真空蒸汽作为热源,通过间壁列管式降膜蒸发器对热敏性药物中的乙酸乙酯蒸发、冷凝、回收,从而提高热敏性药物的纯度。提高蒸发效率,降低设备占地面积。以工业应用为例对设备选型及加热介质选择进行阐述。
選擇溫度低于100℃的真空蒸汽作為熱源,通過間壁列管式降膜蒸髮器對熱敏性藥物中的乙痠乙酯蒸髮、冷凝、迴收,從而提高熱敏性藥物的純度。提高蒸髮效率,降低設備佔地麵積。以工業應用為例對設備選型及加熱介質選擇進行闡述。

Using vacuum steam whose temperature was below 100 ℃ as heat source, the thermosensitive drug was purified via evaporation, condensation and recovery of ethyl acetate in the thermosensitive drug with the tubular falling film evaporator. The results show that the evaporation efficiency is improved;the occupied area of the equipment is reduced. At last, selection of equipment types and heating media were discussed.
