我国生产的原油多数为含蜡原油,目前我国的部分原油管道采用保温层保温,这类输油管道的清蜡周期是在不保温输油管道运行中由经验得来的,因此较大管径的保温输油管道清蜡周期如何确定尚需研究。通过综合分析各类文献中研究不保温原油管道蜡沉积所采用的思路与方法,提出保温原油管道蜡沉积研究的方向。

Most of Chinese crude oil is waxy crude oil. At present, part of crude oil pipelines in China uses insulation layer, pigging period of the pipeline is often determined by running experiences of oil pipeline without insulation, so pigging period of insulation pipeline with larger diameter still needs to be further studied. In this paper, through comprehensive analysis of various ideas and methods to study wax deposition of crude oil pipeline without thermal insulation layer in the literature, research direction of wax deposition in oil pipeline with thermal insulation layer was put forward.
