发展低碳经济对于改善全球气候变暖、提高资源利用效率和改善生态环境具有重要的作用。由于受传统工业化的影响，制造业主要是依靠资源能源消耗，并且出现了先污染、后治理的现象。在新形势下，发展制造业不仅需要发挥其自身优势特点，着力开发更多新产品、新技术和新工艺，而且要契合低碳经济发展要求，提升制造业核心竞争力。首先从制造业核心竞争力与低碳经济二者之间的双向关系进行分析，然后重点探讨了低碳经济背景下制造业核心竞争力培育及其影响因素，最后在此基础上提出低碳经济下培育制造业核心竞争力的对策建议。

Development of low-carbon economy plays an important role in preventing global warming, improving efficiency of resource utilization and improving the ecological environment. Due to the impact of traditional industrialization, manufacturing industry mainly relies on energy and resource consumption, which has resulted in the phenomenon that the environment is polluted first and treated later. Under the new situation, the development of manufacturing industry should not only take advantage of its own advantages and make efforts to develop more new products, new technologies and new techniques, but also meet the needs of low-carbon economy development to enhance the core competitiveness of manufacturing industry. In this article, the bidirectional relationship between the core competitiveness of manufacturing industry and low-carbon economy was firstly analyzed. Then how to cultivate the core competitiveness of manufacturing industry under the background of low-carbon economy was discussed as well as its influencing factors. At last, some suggestions to cultivate the core competitiveness of manufacturing industry in a low-carbon economy were put forward.
