本实验采用免疫胶体金技术，建立了一种快速检测饲料中T-2毒素的方法。利用柠檬酸三钠还原法制备胶体金溶液，标记抗T-2毒素单克隆抗体并喷于玻璃纤维素膜上，T-2-HS-BSA及羊抗鼠IgG分别结合于硝酸纤维素膜上，依次将样本垫、胶体金结合垫、硝酸纤维素膜和吸水垫组装在PVC板上，并组装在试剂板中。测试结果表明，T-2免疫胶体金试纸条的检出限为100μg/kg，性能稳定、特异性强、准确率高，15 min内即可完成检测。

본실험채용면역효체금기술，건립료일충쾌속검측사료중T-2독소적방법。이용저몽산삼납환원법제비효체금용액，표기항T-2독소단극륭항체병분우파리섬유소막상，T-2-HS-BSA급양항서IgG분별결합우초산섬유소막상，의차장양본점、효체금결합점、초산섬유소막화흡수점조장재PVC판상，병조장재시제판중。측시결과표명，T-2면역효체금시지조적검출한위100μg/kg，성능은정、특이성강、준학솔고，15 min내즉가완성검측。
A rapid gold immunochromatograhpic assay was developed for detection of T-2 toxin in feed.The experi-ment was based on the sandwich format with sample pad,gold-labeled pad,nitrocellulose membrane and absorbent paper and PVC board.The colloidal gold particles were coated with the monoclonal anti-T-2 antibodies and then prayed to the gold-labeled pad as detector reagent,while T-2 toxin-bovine serum albumin (BSA) conjugate and goat anti-mouse IgG were prayed to two specific zones of anitrocellulose membrane.With this simple,accurate and sensitive method,100 μg/kg of T-2 toxin was detected in less than 15 min.Therefor the assay allowed for the rapid screening for the determination of T-2 toxin in feed.
