推广节能建筑对于我们这样一个能源消耗大国是必然要走的一条道路,尽管我国建筑节能取得了显著成果,但与发达国家相比,差距仍然较大。虽然利用“被动”的建筑手段实现节能是现在的一个重要手段,但在将来智能化控制下的节能建筑因其动态性,实时性将成为建筑发展的必然趋势。本文从智能化控制为出发点,分析了将其应用于节能建筑的可行性,并提出了促进其发展的一些建议。

Promotion of energy - saving construction for such a large energy consumption is a road must walk, although our country has made remarkable achievements in the construc-tion of energy-saving, but compared with developed countries, the gap is still large.“Passive”building energy conservation tech-nology has been well known and widely used, although the ener-gy-efficient buildings under emerging intelligent control has en-tered the people’s attention because of its characteristics of dy-namic and real -time, but the market is not very optimistic. This article put the intelligent control as a starting point, analy-sis of its feasibility of application in the energy saving buildings, and puts forward some suggestions to promote its development.
