由于高职院校顶岗实习学生党员的特殊性，传统的教育管理模式对这些学生党员已不适用。如何提升顶岗实习流动学生党员教育管理质量，寻求扎实有效的管理模式，是当前高职院校学生党建工作者面临的紧迫问题。通过调查研究，以漳州职业技术学院机械与自动化工程系2008级毕业班80个学生党员为试验对象，从当前高职院校顶岗实习流动学生党员教育管理中存在的问题、难题入手，探索高职院校顶岗实习学生党员教育管理的思路、对策和办法。

Because of the particularity of student Party members in vocational colleges, the traditional education management mode is not applicable to them at present. The pressing issues faced to the students' Party workers in vocational colleges are how to improve the quality of educational management for post-taking practice students of mobile Party members and seeking a solid and effective management models. This paper, through the investigation and study, and taking 80 student Party members of 2008 graduating class in the department of Mechanical and Automation Engineering as the test object, discusses the problems that existed in the current education management of mobile student Party members on internships, and explores field-work student Party members’ education management concept, the counter-measures and the ways in vocational colleges.
