실습실훈시고직고전중초약재배기술전업비상중요적실천성교학배절，통과계통적교학실천，탐색출이학정항목、건립기지-제정방안、분단실시-분층차설계、목표화고핵등배절조성적고직고전중초약재배기술전업실습실훈과교학모식，취득교호적교학효과。
Fieldwork and Practical Training are the most important practical teaching chain of Chinese Herbal Medi -cine Cultivation Technology Mjor in Senior Vocational Colleges.The thesis aimed to explore a type of teaching model of Chinese Herbal Medicine Cultivation Technology Major in Senior Vocational Colleges by systematic Fieldwork and Practical Training,so that achieve a more desirable effect.The teaching model is like this:First,determining the pro-ject and establishing the base;then,formulating the plans and Implementing in phases;lastly,achieving hierarchical design and objectivism evaluation.
