文章探讨超大跨度明洞衬砌结构在超高回填荷载下结构几何型式和断面型式的选型,对不同几何型式明洞结构受力情况、施工难易程度、经济性等开展了研究,同时为减缓大体积混凝土明洞衬砌结构水化热问题,对不同截面型式进行了阐述。超大跨度超高回填土明洞衬砌结构推荐采用矢跨比较优的一般拱形大跨断面结构型式,该型式明洞衬砌施工难度相对较小,受力较合理。为解决大体积混凝土衬砌结构水化热和结构裂缝控制难题,推荐采用空心混凝土衬砌结构截面型式,以减缓大体积混凝土水化热对衬砌结构的影响。

This paper discusses the selection of geometric patterns and section types for open-cut tunnel lining structure with super large span and ultra high backfill loads.The research focus on stress conditions,construction difficulties and economical efficiency in different geometric forms of open-cut tunnels,at the same time to reduce the massive concrete hydration heat of open-cut tunnel lining structure,different section types are discussed.General large span hollow con-crete tunnel lining structure which has better rise-span ratios is recommended for open-cut tunnel lining structure with super large span and high backfill load.Its construction difficulty is relatively small,and load conditions are more rea-sonable.To solve the structure of hydration heat and crack control of mass concrete lining problem,hollow concrete lin-ing is recommended for the cross section structure pattern,to relieve the influence of lining structure by the hydration heat of mass concrete.
