采用富氧焚烧炉对废钯炭催化剂进行焚烧处理,盐酸加双氧水溶解钯,二氯二氨配亚钯法提纯钯,整个回收过程的废气废水排放符合国家排放标准。本法高效环保,废料处理效率高,回收率高达99.6%以上,回收钯的纯度达99.98%以上。
採用富氧焚燒爐對廢鈀炭催化劑進行焚燒處理,鹽痠加雙氧水溶解鈀,二氯二氨配亞鈀法提純鈀,整箇迴收過程的廢氣廢水排放符閤國傢排放標準。本法高效環保,廢料處理效率高,迴收率高達99.6%以上,迴收鈀的純度達99.98%以上。

The waste palladium carbon catalyst was burned by sufficient oxygen berner, dissolved by hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide, purified with the method of palladium dichloride with ammonia, the produced exhaust and wastewater from the total recycling process are comply with national emission standards. The recovery method is efficient and environmentally friendly with more than 99.6%recovery and the palladium purity more than 99.98%.
