针对传统二次冷却控制不当出现的铸坯缺陷,对弧形连铸机二冷水系统的设计进行改造。在原有的控制系统基础上,通过配置现场检测和调节设备,实时采集现场信号送至PLC。同时增加PLC内部的PID功能模块,以水管的实际流量作为反馈量,完善PLC程序,使系统由原来较为简单的开环控制系统升级为闭环控制系统,以实现对水量的精确控制,获得铸坯最佳冷却效果,满足生产工艺需要,降低漏钢率,提高铸坯外形质量。
針對傳統二次冷卻控製不噹齣現的鑄坯缺陷,對弧形連鑄機二冷水繫統的設計進行改造。在原有的控製繫統基礎上,通過配置現場檢測和調節設備,實時採集現場信號送至PLC。同時增加PLC內部的PID功能模塊,以水管的實際流量作為反饋量,完善PLC程序,使繫統由原來較為簡單的開環控製繫統升級為閉環控製繫統,以實現對水量的精確控製,穫得鑄坯最佳冷卻效果,滿足生產工藝需要,降低漏鋼率,提高鑄坯外形質量。

Aiming at the slab’s defect in the traditional two cold water control,the arc continuous caster two cold water system design and transformation are put forward.Based on the original control system,through on-site testing and regulating equipment,the real-time acquisition field signal is sent to the PLC.While increasing the PLC internal PID function module to actual flow pipe as feedback quantity,improve PLC program,made the system more simple open loop control system upgrade for closed loop control system,in order to realize the precise control for water,for casting the best cooling effect,meet the needs of the production process,reduce the leakage rate of steel,improve the quality of the casting shape.
