采用DEFORM-3D软件建立了有限元模型,根据锻件成形过程中模具应力、应变及其载荷分布情况数值模拟了EQ153汽车转向节多向模锻的模具寿命。结果表明:采用多向模锻成形EQ153汽车转向节可以显著降低成形过程模具应力、应变及其设备成形载荷,从而显著提高模具工作寿命。
採用DEFORM-3D軟件建立瞭有限元模型,根據鍛件成形過程中模具應力、應變及其載荷分佈情況數值模擬瞭EQ153汽車轉嚮節多嚮模鍛的模具壽命。結果錶明:採用多嚮模鍛成形EQ153汽車轉嚮節可以顯著降低成形過程模具應力、應變及其設備成形載荷,從而顯著提高模具工作壽命。

The finite element model of EQ153 steering knuckle was established in this paper.To stud-y the tool life the tool tress and tool wear during forming process was simulated by Deform-3 D soft-ware.The result showed that the tool stress and tool wear could be reduced obviously by using the multi-directional forging process and the fatigue of multi-directional forging die could be improved sig-nificantly.
