对内置催化器式消声器的催化器安装空间与消声器消声性能和空气动力学性能进行研究。根据实验对比需求建立了5组内置催化器式消声器模型,运用GT-suit软件将消声器模型与匹配发动机模型进行耦合仿真,计算得到各转速下设计实验组的消声器的插入损失和功率损失。通过计算结果研究消声器中催化器安装空间对消声器消声效果和匹配发动机功率损失的影响,并提出一种两参数的加权评价标准,为内置催化器式消声器设计和改进提供依据。

The effect of built-in catalysts installation space on exhaust muffler noise elimination and aerodynamics was firstly researched.According to the requirement of experimental 5 set of built-in catalysts muffler model is established.Coupling simulation model of matching engine and built-in cat-alysts muffler was established by GT-suit software,and insertion loss and power loss of the exhaust muffler were obtained at different engine speeds of each experimental muffler.Through the calculation results research the muffler catalysts installation space influence on noise elimination and the matching engine power loss.A two parameter of the weighted evaluation has been established,which provides the basis for the built-in catalysts muffler design and improvement.
